
Denomination: IGT MARCHE BIANCO white wine
Wine-Making and Processing: the Trebbiano and Biancame white grapes, amongst other minor varieties are pressed, then left to rest at low temperature for 24 hours. They are then set to ferment for about 3 weeks, the racking and ageing carried out in a tank for the next 3 months. The cold decanting and bottling then follows.
Grape-Harvest: hand picked.
Annual Production: 6000 bottles, 750 ml each.
Colour: light straw coloured.
Perfume: floral, fruity, apple.
Flavour: Dry, crisp, acidy.
Serving Suggestions: flute goblet or similar, 12°C.
Goes well with: as an aperitif, fish and truffle entree, first course.
