
Wine-Making and Processing: Red grapes Sangiovese and Alicante and more variety in small part, are put into fermentation in steel containers for about 3 weeks. Racking and maturation in small oak barrels used for about 12 months. Following the cold decanting and bottling without filtration.

Flavour: Dry, fresh with balanced tannins.
