We use aromatic red grapes for the preparation of a sparkling rosé wine, harvested early and carefully prepared to obtain the right characteristics of balance, aroma and colour.
Grapes: Aleatico, Alicante, Lacrima.
Color: BRIGHT PINK
Taste: Fresh and dry, good Balance with pleasant final persistence
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, simple appetizers of Fish and Truffle
