Denomination: Smoked Raisin Reserve
bottle ml 500
Year 2006
Wine-Making and Processing: From single berries dried up for over four months we choose those with the highest sugar contents that also feature a more prominent smoke scent. They become TADDEO, the smoked raisin wine. A sweet, amber wine, on occasion even deep amber, featuring an outstanding bouquet of sun-dried figs, ripe fruit compote. A full-bodied, harmonious wine, ideal for meditation.
It is a wine that denotes passion for authentic, refined and elegant pursuits , capable of slowing down the daily hustle and bustle, constant to the nose and to the palate, difficult to attain and produced in very limited quantities, a wine that..surprises at first ...then...enamours.
At the end of this phase it is transferred to 112 liter demi-barriques to allow it to evolve where matures for 10 years without ever being opened.
