It is the territory, together with the selection of grapes and the low yields that allow us to obtain a Rosé with strong aromatic notes driven by the Vernaccia Negra di Urbino, with the Alicante that joins by adding undergrowth and intense color.
Making a Rosé Wine is not a tradition in our area, which is why we added THE INTRIGUING INTRUDER to the denomination.
A pleasant, fresh and savory wine that pairs well with local cuisine, but is enhanced with fish in all forms.
Vinification and refinement: The first fermentation phase occurs no more than 12° Vernaccia Negra di Urbino and Alicante express intense aromatic notes even in the short passage on the skins before tapping. The second phase in a small tank at least 3 months.
Taste: Pleasant, Fresh with a savory finish.
Grapes: Vernaccia Negra di Urbino-Alicante.
Color: Antique pink.
Pairings: From appetizers to fish, first courses, white meats. Pizza, Piadina and Cheese Cake with seasoned sausages.
Service: Tulip glasses or similar at 12°/14°c.
